Refund and Return Policy

A Thoughtful Note on Returns

Effective Date: 15 June 2025

At Reina, every piece tells a story — hand-chosen, vintage, or lovingly made to last. Because of the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are considered final. We ask that you read each description carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order — we’re always happy to help guide your decision.

But we also believe in fairness, and if something arrives not as promised, we will make it right.

If Something's Not Quite Right

If your piece arrives and something feels off — if we’ve made a mistake, or the item is damaged in transit — please don’t hesitate to reach out within 5 calendar days of receiving it.

Just send us an email at reinajewelsbytee@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A few clear photos (if applicable)

We promise to handle it with care, just like everything else we do.

What We Cannot Accept

To stay true to our process and values, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Vintage pieces with age-worn beauty or natural imperfections

  • Custom or resized items

  • Items returned without approval

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delays due to postal services or customs

For items we do accept, we will subtract a flat $45 shipping fee and a 2% restocking fee. If your return was a special case (our fault), we will waive these fees.
